Josh Papson is a Senior Associate at Third Space Capital and has over 5 years of experience providing M&A advisory to clients across the Media, Entertainment and Live Events landscape.

Before joining Third Space Capital, Josh was an Associate at LionTree – a boutique Investment and Merchant Bank – where he was part of the M&A advisory team, specifically focused on music, live events / entertainment, telecommunications, and digital media. Prior to LionTree, Josh began his career as an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey in their Financial Restructuring Group, where he focused on capital structure and financial restructuring advisory.

Josh received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

He is originally from Briarcliff Manor, NY and now lives in New York City. In his free time, Josh enjoys cooking at home, playing in local softball leagues, live music, and solo travel.
